VFX PRODUCTIOn EXAM
SUMMER ‘24
For my final exams in VFX Production, made in collaboration with Ragna Aasen (@ragnavfx), we set out to make a piece where we could shine in each of our areas of expertise. With Ragna being heavily experienced in Blender, and me in Adobe After Effects, we ended up with this short film right here.
Our main goals here was to encapsulate feelings in a similar way to our biggest inspiration for this project, @nbcy. His short films on YouTube, “TWO LANES” and “Limits Of Perception”, really inspired us and we wanted to achieve similar things but with a mix of CG and Live Action shots.
In the end we managed to secured ourselves the top grade we could achieve, an A.
Some works in my personal projects incorporate copyrighted materials (e.g., music, shows, films) owned by their respective rights holders.
These edits are presented solely as a showcase of editing, motion graphics, and visual effects skills for educational and non-commercial purposes, with no intent for monetary gain.
